“Placed my RV here due to the proximity of the river. There are BBQ pits along the river and in every camping space. The river front is a relaxing place to hang out. Management here has done a good job of decorating the river front with contemporary fireplaces and lighting. Bathrooms are always clean, including the showers, and the grounds are always very well kept. Front row ‘Rivers Edge’ view of Red Bluff’s 4th of July, fireworks show”.
